Today, COSTA NOVA brings the name and heritage of Portugal to the world, with a presence across five continents in leading home décor stores and department stores, as well as renowned hotels and restaurants.

The COSTA NOVA Industria Group traces its origins to Grestel – Produtos Cerâmicos, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Vagos, Portugal. Since then, it has been dedicated to the production of fine stoneware tableware, ovenware, and serving accessories.

Today, the Portuguese group is internationally recognized for its expertise in stoneware tableware manufacturing.

It operates three production facilities, Grestel 2, Grestel 3, and Ecogres, and owns the COSTA NOVA and Casafina by COSTA NOVA brands.The Group also operates in the Private Label sector, producing pieces and collections for renowned international brands.

Its products are sold across five continents and can be found in leading stores and hotels around the world. More than 85% of production is exported, with the United States as its main market.

Our stoneware collections are made by the hands of skilled artisans in ceramic craftsmanship, one of the oldest traditions in our country. Each one of our pieces tells a story of labor and love. They are truly unique.
