Fine stoneware pieces are highly resistant to thermal shock, withstanding variations between -20ºC and 250ºC (0ºF to 500ºF). Maximum recommended thermal variation is 180ºC (350ºF).

- Avoid placing hot items directly from the oven onto cold surfaces.
- Do not use over direct flame.
