Cleaning
- Wipe with a damp cloth; do not soak.
- If needed, use mild dish detergent.
Maintenance
- Occasionally apply food-grade mineral oil to maintain appearance.
- Use boards/boxes only for dry foods.
- Re-treat over time with food-safe wax or oil (avoid perfumed oils).
Recommendations
- Never put in the dishwasher or leave submerged.
- If edges become rough after water contact, sand lightly (fine grit) and condition with food oil/wax.
