- Oven / microwave / freezer: safe (-20ºC to 250ºC; max thermal delta 180ºC). Avoid thermal shock. No direct flame.
- Dishwasher: safe; moderate programs and no piece-to-piece contact.
- Cleaning: neutral detergent and soft cloth/sponge.
Wood
- Oven / microwave / freezer: do not use.
- Dishwasher: not safe.
- Cleaning & care: hand wash with a damp cloth and mild dish soap; do not soak. Occasionally condition with food-safe mineral oil. For dry foods only.
