Black Friday takes place on the last Friday of November, this year on November 28th, and is known for its great discounts, perfect for getting a head start on Christmas shopping. The promotions will be available both in COSTA NOVA’s physical stores and online, until November 30th.

No, you do not need to be a registered COSTA NOVA customer to enjoy the Black Friday discounts. However, if you wish to access the Early Black Friday event, you must subscribe to our newsletter or be a registered customer who has opted in to receive communications. You can activate communications in your customer area, under "Profile".

During Black Friday, you can use all the usual payment methods: Multibanco, MBWay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna*, and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).

Note: The Klarna payment method is not available in the following countries: Denmark, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Norway.

The return period for products purchased during Black Friday is 15 days after receipt.

Products must be returned in perfect saleable condition, with the original packaging and invoice. We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or unlabeled products.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us through the form available on our online store or by email at costanovaeu@costanova.com, using the subject “Complaint”.

In your message, include the product reference and photos of the defect.

After analysis by our quality team:

• If the item is available, we will send a replacement;
• If it is out of stock, a refund will be issued using the same payment method within 15 working days.

Please note that the following are not considered defects:

• Colour variations in products with reactive glaze;
• Differences in collections with a handmade finish, where variations are expected and make each piece unique.

Due to increased demand during Black Friday, deliveries may experience some delays. However, COSTA NOVA will continue to work to ensure that orders arrive within the indicated timeframes.

Delivery locations and estimated times:

• Mainland Portugal: 3 to 6 working days;
• Spain: 3 to 6 working days;
• France: 3 to 8 working days;
• Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, Austria: 4 to 8 working days;
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Italy: 5 to 10 working days;
• Sweden, Slovakia, and Norway: 6 to 10 working days;
• Azores and Madeira, Ireland, and Switzerland: 12 to 17 working days (customs clearance time not included).

During the Black Friday period, the in-store pickup delivery option is not available.

The COSTA NOVA online store does not offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item purchased during Black Friday, you may opt for a return, provided that it meets the conditions described in our Terms and Conditions.

Black Friday promotions are available for all markets within the Europe store and do not apply to the USA or UK stores.
