Nutrir – A plate that inspires health.
The T-Shape Plate was created at NOVA Medical School, inspired by its mission to bring the scientific knowledge generated in academia to society, promoting health and conscious food choices.
The project brought together partners who share the same vision: Fundação Casa Hermes, dedicated to health education and the appreciation of the History of Medicine, and Costa Nova, a brand recognised for its identity and its role in promoting meaningful moments around the table.
Food is at the heart of longevity and quality of life. Through it, we cultivate balance, vitality, and connection with the world around us. From this awareness, a different plate was born — designed to educate, inspire, and transform.

Suitable for oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer
Fine stoneware pieces are highly resistant to thermal shock, withstanding variations between -20ºC and 250ºC (0ºF to 500ºF). Maximum recommended thermal variation is 180ºC (350ºF).
Recommendations
- Avoid placing hot items directly from the oven onto cold surfaces.
- Do not use over direct flame.
Food Safety
All items comply with international standards, including FDA for lead and cadmium. Safe for food contact.
