Gift Card Promotion – Voucher Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign period

The campaign is valid from December 13 to December 25 (inclusive).

2. Eligibility

The campaign is valid only for customers with an active email marketing subscription. Vouchers are sent exclusively by email to the address used to place the order. Only customers who accept email marketing communications are eligible to receive the offer.

3. How the voucher offer works

For every 2 Gift Cards purchased in the same order, the customer receives 1 voucher for future use. Gift Cards do not need to be of the same value. The value of the voucher always corresponds to the lowest value among the Gift Cards included in that order. Vouchers are automatically issued once the order is paid.

Examples:

1 Gift Card of €20 plus 1 Gift Card of €50 results in 1 voucher of €20.

2 Gift Cards of €30 results in 1 voucher of €30.

4 Gift Cards of €20, €30, €50 and €100 results in 2 vouchers of €20.

4. Campaign limits

A maximum of 10 Gift Cards can be purchased per order. Each customer may receive up to 5 vouchers per Gift Card value throughout the entire campaign. This means that each customer can receive, at most, 5 vouchers of €20, 5 vouchers of €30, 5 vouchers of €50, 5 vouchers of €100, 5 vouchers of €150, and so on. Once the limit of 5 vouchers for a specific value is reached, no additional vouchers of that value will be issued, even in future orders.

5. Practical examples

Example 1 – Mixed purchase in a single order

If a customer purchases 2 Gift Cards of €20, 2 Gift Cards of €30, 2 Gift Cards of €50, 2 Gift Cards of €100 and 2 Gift Cards of €150, the customer receives 5 vouchers of €20, as €20 is the lowest value in the order.

Example 2 – New order after reaching the limit for a value

If the same customer places a new order and purchases 5 Gift Cards of €20 and 5 Gift Cards of €30, the customer does not receive any vouchers of €20, as the maximum limit for that value has already been reached.

6. Voucher usage

Each voucher is valid for a single purchase and must be used in full, with no remaining balance issued. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. To use a voucher, the customer must use the same email address with which the voucher was received, complete the purchase using that email address, and enter the voucher code at checkout, which must start with “xmas”. It is possible to use multiple vouchers in the same order, provided that all campaign conditions are met.

7. Final conditions

COSTA NOVA reserves the right to suspend or modify the campaign in cases of misuse. The campaign is valid for a limited time, during the period indicated, and may end without prior notice.
